Luke White
Luke has worked in the Medical Device industry over a decade, clearing or launching 4 distinct products. Previous to MedDev he worked in agriculture and manufacturing. He has a diverse background in R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Shoulders, Spine and Limb Salvage. He's passionate about helping others and seeing them succeed beyond their imagination. He's a native to Warsaw Indiana and is a proud father and husband. He loves to quote Kevin O'leary: “Great ideas are a dime a dozen. Executional skills are really hard to find. The ability to pair executional skills with a great idea is what you're looking for, because then you're going to have somebody that can drive the business forward.”

Jacob White

David White
David is an experienced mechanical engineer with a strong background in Quality. Early on his time was spent designing things such as a stair-climbing robot. Today, his areas of expertise include root cause analysis, mechanical testing, GD&T, process stabilization, and problem solving. While most of his time is spent in Foot and Ankle, his greatest skill is making organization from chaos.
Throughout his eight-year career in the automotive industry, he played a variety of critical roles in the launch of five new engine platforms. In his previous roles, David was responsible for project test plan development, data analysis, quality problem investigations, manufacturing standard development, product disposition, and mechanical testing.
David has brought his quality engineering experience to the medical device industry, ensuring NPI quality assurance, supporting product design, development, manufacturing processes, and solving technical challenges all throughout new product launches. When he’s not at the office, David spends his time enjoying all manner of outdoor recreation with friends and family.
Kyle Lappin
Kyle has been in the orthopedic device industry since 2002 when he started as a co-op while earning his biomechanical engineering degree from Michigan State University. His passion for the medical device industry began in 1996 when he saw an early prototype of a head and neck support system for use by racecar drivers to reduce crash fatalities.
In the past two decades, Kyle has worked for several large and small orthopedic companies and has led the efforts to launch more than a dozen hip, shoulder and trauma products into the global orthopedic marketplace. He is a named inventor on more than 50 patents and over the course of his career, Kyle has worked with thousands of implant and instrument designs and has led more than 100 surgeon design meetings.
Kyle has been actively involved with coaching all his four kids in youth sports and in the fall of 2023, he celebrated his 20th anniversary with his high school sweetheart.
Sarah Chavarria
Sarah is a MedTech industry veteran with over 20 years of experience spanning custom and new product development as well as commercial education and excellence. Her passion, plainly put, is people. Whether they are patients, customers, colleagues, or industry partners, her commitment to and consideration of others is unwavering.
She holds roughly 30 patents related to her 6 product launches and has designed and delivered more than 75 educational events reaching thousands of sales consultants. Throughout her career, she's had the opportunity to collaborate with a broad variety of surgeon teams, stakeholders, and strategic partners both locally and on a global scale. Her diverse background gives her a unique perspective, and she’s a constant advocate for hearing all voices. Sarah’s integrity is faith-driven and can be summed up very simply: be kind and do it right.
Outside of work, Sarah is an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys boating, camping, hiking, and otherwise exploring God's creations with her husband. When she's not with her own fur babies, she can often be found at her local animal shelter, fulfilling her calling to enrich the lives of homeless pets.
Ben Tucker
Ben is a disciplined and devoted man whose integrity and close attention to detail have given him professional opportunities in quality and industrial engineering as well and supply chain and procurement roles. With background in both the medical device and automotive industries, Ben values being adaptable and versatile, and he is willing to take on any role in order to achieve results and to help his team succeed. He has a heart to see others meet their personal and professional goals and encourages them to do the next right thing to achieve that end. He is thorough, honest, and quick to take action to overcome any challenge that comes his way.
Ben would describe his greatest achievements and blessings to be his Christian faith and his growing family and considers the roles of both father and husband two of the greatest callings he could ever have. He spends any free time with friends and family; enjoying practically any outdoor adventure, serving in his church and community, and watching Ohio State football. Authentic, energetic, and resilient, Ben is a key contributor to and cultivator of healthy, high-performing teams.
Thomas Holton
Thomas has a passion for service and problem solving. He has served as an engineer in the orthopedic industry since 2016, and his experiences include large joint OEM remediation, 6 years of extremity development that included three system launches, and industry support in both clinical and OR environments.
Growing up on a Michigan farm instilled in Thomas a love for projects and finding solutions with the tools at hand, and his hobbies of mountain biking, dirt biking, and woodworking all stemmed from his time spent outdoors. More than anything, he relishes time with his wife and two young children and strives to be the best servant leader he can be every day.
Kent Kohart
Kent is a hard-working, passionate, and dedicated individual, and these traits drive him to pursue excellence in both his work and his personal life.
Over the course of his career, Kent has held a variety of roles across orthopedic product development, project management, and product management, focusing most heavily on knees, custom instrumentation, and extremities. He is known for being an unrelenting problem solver who consistently strives to find the best solution for everyone involved.
Outside of work Kent’s commitment to serving others is reflected by lending a hand to friends, caring for members of his church family, or opening his home in hospitality. In Kent’s leisure time he enjoys waterskiing, snow skiing, mountain biking, dirt biking, and participating in other outdoor activities with his wife.
Travis Christman
Travis is a 2010 graduate of Ball State University and a proven orthopedic leader in quality & regulatory. He has served the medical device industry for 12 years and spent a decade serving our country in the Army, most notably as an Infantry Company Commander in the Indiana Army National Guard.
He began his orthopedic career with a large global medical device company, progressing through a variety of manufacturing and quality engineering roles before advancing into quality leadership. After nine years, he moved on to serve as the Vice President of Quality and Regulatory for a different orthopedic design and development company, leading them through their first FDA inspection and ultimately an acquisition. Following that acquisition, he continued as Vice President of Quality and Regulatory for the new parent medical device organization.
Travis is a dedicated father of three children, a husband, and a lover of the Lord. He is an outdoorsman, an avid hunter and fisherman, and enjoys most all outdoor activities.
Toby Galloway Sr.
Toby is passionate about serving patients, cultivating customer relationships, and developing talent in the medical device industry. His love for orthopedics began at his first company in Warsaw, IN where he experienced a strong team culture centered around delivering products for patients ‘as if they were your own family member.’ This experience shaped the high standard he has for customer satisfaction today and serves as the backdrop for his focus on people in everything he does.
His 19 years in orthopedics has led to expertise in biologics, hip and shoulder reconstruction, and sports medicine as well as roles in global product management and commercial leadership. Some of his proudest accomplishments include rolling out a revision hip system--still considered today one of the best in the industry--and building a high performing commercial team which delivered consistent sales growth.
Much like his professional focus on people, Toby’s personal life includes time spent with family and friends. He loves eating food cooked by his wife, talking new business ventures and cars with his son, serving the role of playmate for the family dog, and lively competition on the golf course with friends.
